How Do I Set or Reset a PIN on a PCard+ Card?

You can quickly and easily set up or reset your PIN from either your web or mobile app or by calling the number at the back of your card. 

Via Web or Mobile App
Setting up your PIN
Your initial PIN setup is the next step in your card activation process. After completing card activation, you will be taken to a new page that prompts you to create and confirm your PIN.

Resetting your PIN
1. Navigate to the Cards tab
2. Click the Manage drop-down menu next to your card
3. Select PIN Reset
4. Enter your CVV and reset your PIN

Call the number at the back of your card (855-547-2893), keep the following information handy, and follow the recorded voice prompts. 

Information required for Business Owner
Date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY)
Card expiration date
Last 4 of Social Security Number (SSN)
Business address zip code
Mobile number

Information required for Employee Card
Date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY)
Card expiration date
Employee address zip code
Mobile number

Information required for Utility Card
Cardholder* date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY)
Card expiration date
Cardholder address zip code
Cardholder mobile number

*For utility cards, the Cardholder refers to the User with which the Utility card is associated
If you are experiencing difficulty setting a PIN through the automated phone system, please check that the personal identifying information in our system is accurate.

Keep your PIN secret and secure, and never write it down on or with the card.
