How Do I Replace, Reissue or Cancel a Card?

To Replace or Reissue a Card
1. Navigate to the Cards tab

2. From the drop-down menu, click Manage

3. Click on Reissue Card > Confirm and Reissue Card

Additional Information:
Reissuing a card will cancel the current card. A new card with a new card number will be printed and delivered to the business shipping address or an alternate address of your choosing. New cards take 7-10 business days to be delivered by standard USPS. You may have the option to expedite the card for an additional fee.

Card replacements can be issued online by the business owner or an Admin with Full Access permissions to the Cards section.

To Cancel a Card
1. Navigate to the Cards tab

2. Click on the Manage drop-down for the card you’d like to replace

3. Click on Delete Card -> Confirm and Delete Card
